C-15 Travel exception request for out of state travel for School Board Attorney.

Issue/Rationale

Changing legal requirements in the education of students with disabilities demand that the school board attorney be aware of the latest interpretation of State and Federal laws governing services for handicapped students. The School Attorney’s Conference provides best option to gain this information.

Recommended Action
Approve travel request as submitted.

Financial Impact
$1,600.00 funded through the IDEA grant.
